I know, I know, the San Diego workshop website has not even gone live yet (FEB 1st!!!) BUT there are literally 5 spots left now for the upcoming Film Is Not Dead workshop in San Diego CA July 19th-21st 2010. Here is the 411 for the workshop:

When : July 19th-21st (mon-wed) 2010
Where : San Diego CA @ Sara France's studio
What : check out page 5 of the workshop website
Cost : $2000 if you register before April 19th, 2010, $2400 after.

Along with lectures each day, we do hands on shoots all 3 days with 3 sets of models per shoot. The shoots are of Engagements/Families/Bride & Groom. You can see past shoots HERE, HERE, and HERE.

The workshop is sponsored by FujiFilm, Richard Photo Lab in LA, Instaproofs and FINAO. Film is provided by FujiFilm, Richard Photo Lab offers discounts to all attendees for shot film, INSTAPROOFS sponsors the get together dinner on Sunday before the workshop and FINAO provides the workbook for all the attendees .

To reserve your spot, a $1000 retainer is due and the balance of the workshop is due May 19th 2010.

Also, included is a membership to the online forum I have created for all past and current Film is Not Dead attendees. Basically, an open community of folks who have attended the workshop where we talk about anything from film, lighting, business and the best place to get Tocino in National City :). Once you pay the retainer, your membership begins!
