Shoot, develop, scan, print...

Last week, my friend Tavis and I went out to go shoot some 4x5 FUJI instant film (FP-100C 45 to be exact). We were using a 5ft softbox and trying to nail down 1 lighting set up before our battery packs died (lesson learned - full charge before you leave). This shot was taken on a Toyo 45CX with a Rodenstock 210 f/6.3 lens. It was shot @ f/16 @ 1/400th of a second and the softbox was 4ft to the subject's right @ 1/2 power on a 1600w/s Alien Bee head. We shot the instant film, went back to my house, bleached the neg, scanned it, and then printed a 16x20 print from the neg on my Epson 3800. All in under 1 hour.

This may go down as the geekiest post ever on this blog...
